Terms and conditions

1. We will not be accepting any bookings untill paper work has been signed by the customer and returned back too us via email or by hand.


2. Full payments must be made the beginning of the week of service. If payments are not made before the service date, then the service will not go ahead and will therefore be cancelled. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.

3. For the pet sitting service customers must provide all items necessary for your pets to be cared for properly. (food, medication, leads, tags, harnesses, cat litter ect). Any additional needs can be provided at extra cost

4. The customer must provide an emergency name and contact (will be asked on our client form) to make emergency decisions on the customers behalf. If both contacts are not reachable then we will have a veterinary release form in the case of an emergency.


5. The customer will be responsible for any veterinarian bills which need to be paid while there under our care


6. We ask that you make us aware of any cancellations if any changes occur. If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before your booking a fee will be charged.


7.  Moos Paws will apply personal judgment to stop a walk or cut them short due to extreme weather conditions for the safety of your pet and the walker.


8. To secure a booking for dog sitting there will be a 50% none refundable deposit to be made within 7 days of making the booking. If deposit is not received within that time frame your booking will be automatically be cancelled.


9. We must be alerted of any behavioural problems with their pets at the time of booking (will be asked in our client info). Too ensure our safety.


10. Moos Paws does hold full insurance; however, customers should also hold personal pet insurance.


11. Customer confidentiality will be maintained at all times and customers details will be kept in a private place and only used for the care of your pets.


12. The customer will be notified of any occurrences or behaviour changes regarding the pets, which may be important for the well-being of the pets.


13. All dogs must be fully vaccinated and up to date with their flea and worming control. As well as holding a microchip

14. Moos Paws takes great pride in the care of any animal. However, cannot be held responsible for any loss, accident, injury or death that may occur while in our care.

15. We must be informed of key placement and if it changes so we can access your pet for our services


16. We will not let your dog off during our walk until we have written permission and been informed of recall words.


17. In the case we need to change circumstances you will be notified straight away e.g. running late, missing pets, emergency vet visits.


18. We have a zero policy for abusive language towards our staff.


19. In the case you’re running behind or miss a payment a late payment fee will be included.


20. In the case of extreme heat, we will try our best to arrange our walks around a suitable schedule, and notify you 48 hours prior.


21. You will be notified if our staff book holidays ect, arrange our services around bank holidays.
